The WRaW programme is predominantly for women over 40,

but could help women of any age.

 

We build your knowlegde bit by bit to create a firm foundation for your future.

We provide the fundamentals of how we all think and feel and explore

more about emotions. Giving you the tools to explore and understand your own.

 

We keep it straight forward, brief and uncomplicated. 

 

We look at helpful and unhelpful thinking habits e.g anxiety and feeling happy, as

well as the associated physical and physiological changes which happen. We also

look at things that influence how we think and feel about ourselves.

We guide you through actitives which help you use this information to

gain a better understanding of you.

 

We use storytelling, short bursts of quick thinking and a third person approach to

tap into different parts of your brain and create a true picture of the

present you.

Finally we help you create the picture of

the future confident and emotionally healthy you.
