The VISION I have, which is the driver of Your BetterLife is to:
‘Improve the emotional health of everyone in need’
Our emotional health is the key to us all living Better Lives.
At the centre of our well-being is our ability to understand, nuture, value and manage
our emotional health.
To help everyone achieve this the MISSION of Your BetterLife is to:
‘Provide access to the information and activities which will help everyone.
With content which is flexible, easy to access, straight forward,
to the point and uncomplicated.’
My story is probably as complicated and convoluted as your own. Been there, done
that, learnt from ‘the school of hard knocks’, but also from the experience
of working with people with stress, anxiety and depression, for many years.
While gaining the theory through an MSc and BA(Hons) majoring in psychology.
Oh and I’m a nurse too, actually still a nurse, even at 60 years of age (May 2023!)
This has led to Your BetterLife being created to, well, improve people’s lives, for the bettter!

We created our logo to look like the shield of a Super Hero because
everyone’s definitely a hero of their own story.
You have the ability of a hero, to find your power and make
